Pizza Diet
1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
1/2 cup self rising flour (ww 5 pts)
3 oz of Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella (ww 3 pts)
Homemade marinara (look below)
Toppings optional- pineapple/jalapeno is our favorite, we also like Mama Cozzis turkey pepperoni 16 pieces (ww 2 pts)
Mix the yogurt and flour until it feels like dough. Roll it out. Spray oil on sheet pan. Place rolled dough, add suace, cheese, toppings. Bake at 425° for 18 minutes to get crispier crust, you could check on the time or temperature depending on how you like it.
I pre make the marinara in advance and store them in mason jars. If you do it once, you won’t have to make them again until for a while. I just heat everything on the stove top and simmer for an hour and blend after it cools down if it feels too chunky.
Homemade marinara from The Skinnyish Dish
4 (28oz) cans crushed tomatoes
3 tbs already minced garlic
1 large onion chopped
2 tbs dried oregano
2 tbs dried basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
This will be a total of 8 pts or 10 pts with pepperoni for the whole thing, I typically make 2 pizzas separately for my husband and I. We honestly make these at least once a week or more! You’ll want it all the time!
